"The cake you made for my birthday just over a week ago was an amazing surprise - hubby and friends arranged it for me. I had always joked about getting a Disney Castle cake and couldn't believe my eyes! It even travelled all the way to the party venue in County Durham in one piece! Not only did it look great but every single taster (and there have been a lot) have all given it the highest praise. I can say especially that it is the best wheat free I've ever tasted - in fact I've eaten all of that layer already!
